The business was scaling quickly and its operations had outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Land, planning and housing-need data sat across dozens of local authorities in inconsistent formats. Leadership needed three things at once: a single source of truth, internal software to act on it, and board-ready analysis to support a major capital raise. They needed all of it from people who could set the strategy and ship the result, not one or the other.
